Welcome to Lochalsh!

This is a verybasic design. However it is the simplicity that makes this design popular with the various Search Engines and home web designers.

Example content image: left-align

The layout features one big image at the top which you can easily replace with your own header. The black text is REAL text and not embedded into the mage - so it can be read by Screen Readers and the Search Engines is also a print stylesheet that you can customize in any way you want to. In Print Mode as default, navigation menus and images are removed, and only the main content text is printed. To see what this looks like choose FILE - PRINT PREVIEW on your browser menu.

Submenu example

This is another paragraph of plain text. There is no reason why you shouldnt have another image here but we thought 2 finches were plenty.

Finally

Example content image: right-align

This is only ONE PAGE in a series that can be mixed and matched. For example ... this page is what would be called a 3 column design, but there is no reason as to why you should not have all the other pages with two or even just one column - the series is themed so that whatever pages you choose the final result should feel like one designer web site. Whatever styles you decide ... Good luck with your new website!
